The short-handed boys varsity cross country team finished 16th out of 39 teams in the first meet of the season. Scorers in the race included Landon Jones, Owen Mohler, Ian Porter, Ty Conner, and Caleb Haney. Other great performances for the varsity included Caub Douthit, Owen Dilley, and Calvin Vance. The JV team finished 3rd, just three points out of 2nd place. Top performers included top 10 finishes from JP Mikels, Tristan Hostetter, and Carson Ackley. Graham Hoffman and Deagan Imel rounded out the scorers for the Shamrocks. Other strong performers included Owen Sawa, Evan Hocker, Sam Harmon, Donovan Ledford, Julian Baxter, Ty Ellis, Seth Tanner, Luke Schmidt, and Andy Samreta. The Shamrocks are back in action at the Plainfield Relays on Saturday, August 19.
