Westfield Shamrocks JV watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 19-2 loss to Pendleton Heights JV on Wednesday. Pendleton Heights JV scored on an error and a home run by Findlay in the first inning.
The Westfield Shamrocks JV struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Pendleton Heights JV, giving up 19 runs.

Findlay was in the circle for Pendleton Heights JV. Findlay went three and a third innings, allowing two runs on five hits and walking one.

Haley Fekete was on the rubber for Westfield Shamrocks JV. The righty lasted two and a third innings, allowing nine hits and seven runs while striking out two and walking one. Kenzie Hiatt and Ava Owens entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one and one-third innings and one-third of an inning respectively.

Taylor Welch, Fekete, Sydney Flora, Allie Dolenc, Piper Oberbroeckling, and Brookly Miner each managed one hit to lead Westfield Shamrocks JV.

Pendleton Heights JV collected 14 hits. Petty, McKenney, Findlay, and Fry each had multiple hits for Pendleton Heights JV. Petty led Pendleton Heights JV with three hits in four at bats.
