The boys cross country split squads to run in two separate meets Saturday. While the varsity was racing in Brown County, the JV ran in the varsity elite race at the Wildcat Invitations at Indiana Wesleyan University, securing and unlikely 8th place finish. Leading the way for the Shamrocks was Jacob Beene in an outstanding race in the deep mud and rain. He was followed by Josh Springborn, Robby Bogdajewicz, Duncan McGraw , and freshman Max Woehler.

In the freshman/sophomore race, Billy Slover, Zion Garron Ciberay, and Samuel Schmidt led the Rocks to a 3rd place finish, and Clay Kipper won the junior/senior race. David Cox also had a great race with a personal best on a very difficult day.

The boys are back in action next Saturday in their own Riverview Health Invitational at Northview Church in Carmel.
