The Rocks traveled to Don Dunker Field for the final two games of their three game series after the series opening 3-2 victory the night before. The third game of the series was not a HCC series game. In the final game of the HCC series, the Rocks jumped out to a 3-0 lead through three innings but the Millers answered back with a four run inning and then added two runs in the fourth and five runs in the fifth to blow the game open and win 11-4. Offensively, Bryce Dorton led the way going 2 for 4 with an RBI. Kyle Pepiot was 2 for 4 with a double. Tyler Smitherman added a double as well. The loss put the Rocks in second place, two games back of leaders HSE and Noblesville.
On the following Monday, the Rocks were defeated 14-2 in a non-conference match up with Noblesville after giving up nine runs in the top of the first.
