Westfield traveled to Don Dunker Field on Friday April 13th to play a double header with Noblesville. The Millers jumped out to an early 11-1 lead before the Rocks surged back into the game with a six run third inning. Unfortunately, the Rocks weren’t unable to overcome their own miscues along with the Millers offensive attack and fell by a final score of 14-7. Offensively, Westfield pounded out nine hits in the game. Logan McClurg, Matthew Meyer, and Bryce Dorton each had two hits in the game. Bryce Dorton, Trey Anderson and Payton Tamm each doubled in the game while Matthew Meyer and Bryce Dorton each tripled. Logan McClurg hit his first home run on the season for the Rocks. The loss put the Rocks at 2-3 in HCC play.
