The Rocks hosted the Millers in game two of their HCC Series Friday night at Shamrock Field. Noblesville opened up a 5-1 lead with a four run second inning, but he Rocks clawed back with a three run 6th inning to trail 6-5 in the 7th inning. Westfield had a chance to tie it up with a runner at third base in the 7th but weren’t able to get him in for the run. Brian Skelton started for the Rocks and pitched 2.1 innings before Zach Zaborowski relieved him. Zaborowski pitched 3.1 innings and allowed just two earned runs. Offensively, Brian Skelton led the way with a 3 for 3 night with a double while Logan McClurg had two hits as well. The Rocks fell to 2-5 on the season and 1-4 in the HCC.
