Girls Junior Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · Scott Lidskin Retires from Coaching

At a team meeting on January 14, Scott Lidskin has announced to his Girls Cross Country team that he is retiring from coaching.  There are no words to express the impact that Scott has had on so many student-athletes and the incredible contribution to the WHS Athletic Program as a whole!!  We have had the honor of working alongside Scott for the past 18 years and wehave learned so many things from watching him coach and relate to people.  Wecredit Scott with helping create a winning atmosphere that currently exists throughout our entire athletic department.  We are losing an outstanding coach and more importantly person from our coaching family.  We will miss watching him develop his teams, but we are thankful to have been able to spend 18 great years with him.  Although we will miss him as a coach, Scott will continue to impact our students in the classroom and will be readily available to all coaches to share his valuable knowledge and approaches to coaching.

Below is a list of all of Scott’s team and personal accomplishments.
